Seeking compassionate individuals to serve on our nonprofit as a Strategic Operations Supervisor. Responsibilities: Share knowledge of community needs, opportunities, and resources. Advocate for the importance of psychological first aid and humanitarian relief, inspired by the compassion of Christ, to promote healing and resilience. Qualifications: Passion for serving others and making a difference in the lives of those experiencing psychological distress and humanitarian crises. Commitment to upholding the values of empathy, compassion, and inclusivity. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Willingness to dedicate time and effort to actively contribute to the organization’s mission and goals. 2 years of experience as a Strategic Operations Associate.
