Do you hear that? It’s the sound of the universe whispering… you need to help someone. Well, Okay, maybe not the universe, but definitely me. It’s been a while since you've thought about how to put your brilliance back into action, and it probably feels like trying to make coffee with those funky mushrooms —just not the same. As we look ahead, there are some exciting opportunities where your help can make a big impact. Whether you can help a little or a lot, (one hour or so a week or e/other week and a phone chat in between, AMAZING) your presence truly matters. Every role, every hour, every smile—it all adds up to something meaningful. Here’s the thing: as a volunteer, you are like sunshine on a cloudy day—bright, warm, and impossible to replace. We know life gets busy, but we’d love to see you in action, sprinkling your unique magic on the work we do together. You don’t have to go far either, there are exciting opportunities for you to help nearby your home or work, or on your way to the gym or grocery store – throughout Connecticut! The needs are minimal, help catch up on the junk mail, fill out a form or two, go for a walk, sprinkle sunshine and reduce those feelings of isolation that are starving our neighbors.
